You forgot to mention targeted forums, yahoo answers as free options, also Google Adwords could be a good option to advertise it may be a little expensive but give results.

Google is a good options to search locally too, also local websites. My town has a lot of website to advertise on them, craiglist as your said is the option to find local sites still not all are listed there.
